மரகத நடராஜர் - உத்தரகோசமங்கை. 

நமது  புண்ணிய பாரத தேசத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள கோயில்கள் எண்ணில் அடங்கா. இங்கு அவதரித்த மகான்களான  ஆழ்வார்களும், நாயன்மார்களும் பாரததேசமெங்கும் சுற்றி வந்து, இக் கோயில்களில் உறையும் இறைவனைத் தரிசித்து ,துதித்து,  பாடல்கள் பாடி வழிபட்டுள்ளனர். ஆழ்வார்கள் பாடிய தலங்கள், திவ்யதேசங்கள் எனவும், அப்பர் ,சம்பந்தர்,சுந்தரர் (மூவர்) பாடிய தலங்கள் திருமுறைத்தலங்கள் எனவும் அழைக்கப்படுகின்றன. முதலில் இந்த வலைப்பூவில், அடியேன் சென்று தரிசித்து வந்த திருமுறைத் தலங்களின் விபரங்களை, சுருக்கமாக, அழகிய புகைப்படங்களுடன் கண்டு மகிழ அன்பர்களை அழைக்கிறேன்.

Hello All,
I have been visiting many ancient temples in Tamil Nadu after I retired, with the goal of collecting rare data about some of these beautiful obscure places that tourists or devotees seldom visit and also capture the architectural beauty in pictures. Hindu saints of days long gone, have visited many of these temples and composed poetry in praise of the presiding deities. The places visited by the Aazhwars (http://www.sparthasarathy.com/vaishnava/azhwar/azhwar.html) are called the "Divya desangaL" and those graced by the three saints Appar, Sambandar and Sundarar are known as the "ThirumuaithhalangaL".  I hope to post a blog entry each week about each of these temples accompanied by photographs and travel tips.
